Condolences
We were saddened to hear the news that Kevin had passed. I will always have fond memories of the Baisley family visits to the farm when we were young. And after many years of going our own way and doing our own things - we had the most fun visit at my mom's place in Brantford. Don't remember ever laughing so much as we did that afternoon. Kevin, you had a true gift of humour - even when life wasn't fair. David & I will remember you ... and that day always. Marlene & David
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time.
To Steve & Judy and the Baisley Family. We were saddened to hear of Kevin's passing last week. Kevin had a great smile and always stopped to say Hello wherever we saw him, either at Brierwood Gardens when Cathy works or at William's Fresh Cafe on West Street. May you Rest in Peace Kevin - You will be greatly missed by all who knew you. Cathy & Ron Forbes
It is with regret that I have learn't of the passing of Kevin. To your family Kevin,My deepest condolences It was a pleasure working with Kevin in the Kitchener Division back in those days.We had a lot of good times and it was a pleasure to know Kevin and fish with Kevin. I never will forget this story (Im sure Kevin told all of you of this funny story). After a midnight shift we headed fishing out behind the 401 gas bar near cambridge. Both of us were extremely tired from the nite shift, but we went anyway. We made our way down to the small pond and began fishing, when suddenly we could hear a rumbling in the bush and the next thing we know we are being attacked by 2 small lion cubs.We were wide awake then, unarmed and wondered were and when the male and female adults lions were going to attack us.We about to jump into the pond to escape our furosias attackers, when it turns out thank GOD,that the staff from the nearby african lion safari showed up and explained they had stopped at the rest stop to exercise the cubs(no adults),and let them run freely in the back of the gas bar. We talked about that fishing story for many years, and everytime I pass there i get a big grin on my face. God bless you Kevin!. Rick
I met Kevin in 1999 when I first started at the casino and had many good times and memories from that time. He was always a gentleman and a fair man. We met many times over the last years as he lived in my mom's building and also dropped by work occasionally. We always had a little chat and got caught up on things. I will miss his smile, which he always had and his great personality and warmth to others. RIP Kevin, you will be missed.
I was shocked and saddened at the news of Kevin's passing. I had the pleasure of working with and getting to know Kevin from 1999 to 2001 and we had some great times. I returned to Brantford in 2005 and Kevin would come to visit me and his other coworkers frequently. During his visits we enjoyed some good talks and lunches together. I thought very highly of Kevin and I will miss him and his visits. My condolences go out to all of Kevin's family and friends.
