Condolences
Marie and I lived down the street from each other on Superior Street in Brantford. I will always remember Marie as the teenage friend who taught me how to dance. I was born in 1937 and was somewhere around 15 yrs old ( and Marie was a little bit younger than me). I thought it was remarkable that she could dance so well at such a young age. I will never forget her for teaching me as dancing was one of my favorite things to do for many, many years. May God bless her.
My sincere condolences to all of Marie's family and friends. She was a very nice lady and one of my first" Bingo Buddies" after moving to Brantford 6 years ago. She will be missed by all of her " Bingo Buddies" at the Kinsmen Centre. Her stories and sense of humor brightened many an evening as we stood outside having our smoke before bingo. Rest in Peace Marie.
Marie and I went to BCI together. Our graduating class, known as the 58ers try to meet at least twice a year. We will miss her at our June get together at the Bell Homestead. I am sorry for your loss. Unfortunately I am unable to attend the visitation at the funeral home. Sincerely, Carole Hendershot
Dear family of Marie: I graduated from High School with Marie and always found her to be a most cheerful and helpful person. Our Birthdays were only 13 days apart and I was honoured to know her. May you all be comforted with good memories. Sincerely Jeannette (Oliver) Geoffrion
With sincere sympathy regarding the passing of Marie. She has been part of the "reunion BCI class of 1958" that we have been meeting twice a year since 2008. She is going to be missed. With much sympathy, ..... Faye Blancher
