Obituary of Romeo Shannelly

SHANNELLY, Romeo Sr. - After a wonderful life, Romeo has been reunited with his Juliet, Josephine (2010). Loving and dedicated father of Nena (Kim) Hill, Romeo Jr. (Debbie), Randy (Linda) and Ron (Pauline) Shannelly. Devoted "Papa" of Andrina (Josh), Mark, Ronnie (Mallory), Jenna, Brandon, Emma (Matthew), Shane (Samantha) and Jessica. Proud "Great Papa" of Oliver, Mason and Luca. Cherished "brother" of Andy Sciannella Sr. Romeo will be missed by many other family members and friends. Romeo was co-founder and owner of San Frano's and partners in Mary Jo's Lunch. He was also a past co-owner of the Brantford Red Sox. Above all, Romeo's family always came first and he was the biggest fan at all of his grandchildren's games. Family and friends will be received at the Hill & Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday June 8th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady Of The Assumption Parish (St. Mary's), 133 Murray Street, Brantford. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society for Prostate research would be appreciated by the family.
