PHILLIPS, Tammy Jane -Taken away from us suddenly at the Brantford General Hospital on Thursday July 19, 2012 in her 48th year, Tammy will be unimaginably missed by her son Gregory Phillips, daughter Dawn Janssens, grandsons Gabe and Ayden McGee and son in law Jeremie McGee. She will also be fondly remembered by many other family members and friends. Tammy has been reunited with her late son Michael Janssens, who passed away in 2010. We know they will be watching over us. She will be in our hearts Always & Forever. We love you Mom (Grandma) xoxo. Friends will be received at HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 30 Nelson St. on Tuesday from 2-3 p.m. A funeral service will follow in the chapel on Tuesday at 3 p.m. Cremation. Please attend and dress casual. That's what Mom would have wanted.
