MORRIS, Robert Dyer "Grandad" - Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 14th, 2012 at the Brantford General Hospital, in his 91st year. Loving husband of the late Edith Morris for over 49 years. Much loved father of Linda (Donald) Littlewood and Bernard (Doreen) Morris. Dear grandfather of Michael (Laura), Bernard (Ronnie), Julie (Trevor), Andrea (Landon) and Bernie (Debbie). Great-grandfather of Cole, Claire, Breanne, Cameron, Aiden, Ariel, Jack, Sheldon, Zara and Keely. He will also be missed by many other family members and friends. Robert served in the British Royal Army in North Africa and Egypt during WWII, and in more recent years was a member of the Dunsdon Legion Branch 461. For 5 years Robert worked the Brantford Market as a Commissionaire. Friends will be received at the Hill & Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson Street, on Monday, August 20th, from 12-1 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
