McKINNON, Eva P. (nee Shaver) - Passed away peacefully at the Hardy Terrace, Mt. Pleasant, on Tuesday, January 1st. 2013 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Harold McKinnon (2004). Loving mother of Harold "Butch" (Debra) McKinnon, and Debra (Bert) Matthews. Devoted grandmother of Kathryn (David) Gyselinck, and Chris (Sara) McKinnon, and her great-grandchildren Jacob, Joshua, Avery, and James. She is survived by her sisters Geraldine and Elsie. Predeceased by her parents, one brother, two sisters and her grandson Brandon. She will also be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hill & Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, (519) 752-2543. As per Eva's request a private family funeral service has taken place. Cremation. Interment of ashes at Oakhill Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Arthritis Society would be appreciated.
