MERCER, Donald Sr. - On January 26th, 2014, in his 95th year. Don passed away at the Brantford General Hospital. He will be sadly missed by his sons Raymond (Shirley) and Donald (Kathy). Loving grandfather of Brett, Timothy and Jillian (Kamil) and great-grampa of Liam, Dominik and Alexandra. Fondly remembered by his brother Jim as well as many nieces and nephews. Don was predeceased by his parents James and Grace, his wife Eileen, his son Gary and his brothers Jack, Len and Ken. Don was a former employee of Bay State Abrasives. Friends are invited to share memories of Don with his family at the HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 30 Nelson Street on Thursday, January 30th, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 2:00 p.m. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the John Noble Home would be greatly appreciated.
