Hastings, Thomas Edwin - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at the John Noble Home on Friday, May 2, 2014 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of his first wife Patricia and his second wife the late Georgia (nee: MacLeod). Loving father of Linda and her husband Vern (Fatty) Smith, Chrissy, Gary and Richard. Caring brother of William "Billy". Son of the late William and Ethel (McWilliams) and son-in-law of Christena MacLeod. Grampa of Steve and Chris. Papa of Joshua and Ashley. Also lovingly remembered by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Thomas was a lifelong musician/singer who will be sadly missed by all his band mates. Dad you've left so much of you within our hearts & minds you will live forever there. Friends will be received at the Hill & Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson Street on Monday from 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. Cremation. Donations to the John Noble Home or the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
