ROOK, Amy (nee Gordon) - Passed away suddenly on Friday, May 9th, 2008 at the Brantford General Hospital, in her 72nd year. Loving wife of the late Thomas Rook, the late Robert Crockett and the late Edward Kowalski. Dear mother of Roy (Sue) Kowalski. Dear grandmother of Honey (Conway) General and Misty Kowalski and great-grandmother to Beaumont, Jacob and Kate. Much loved sister of Lois (Larry) Bloxam and Trudi Roth. Amy will be dearly missed by many other family and friends. Amy was a long time member of the Ex-Imperial Club Ladies Auxilliary and she worked for the Warehouse Diner for several years, where she leaves behind many good friends. At Amy's requested cremation has taken place privately. A Celebration of Life is being held at the Warehouse Diner, 190 King George Road on Wednesday, May 14th, from 1-4 p.m. A private family burial of ashes is planned for a later date. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
