Obituary of Willa Kovack

KOVACK, Willa "Bubbles" (nee-Munro) - Willa was born April 4th, 1930 in Woodstock, New Brunswick. She passed away peacefully on December 24th, 2008 at the Stedman Community Hospice. Wife for 36 years of the late Louis (Nov. 1985). Survived by her sons Brian and David, and her daughter Nancy (Ward). Also survived by her brother, Owen Munro (Ina) of Paris, Ontario. Cherished and devoted grandmother of Dalton and Destini Kovack and Patricia and Linsey Mather. Predeceased by her parents Charles Munro (1970) and Alice Dawe (2004), and her sister Genevieve Griesser (2008). Willa is also survived by her two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Rose Schuler of Brantford, and Mrs. Betty Sheldon of Toronto. Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Willa was a long-time member of the Adult Recreation Therapy Centre. A Heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff and volunteers at Stedman Community Hospice for all their care and attention. Friends will be received at the Hill & Robinson Funeral Home, 30 Nelson Street, on Sunday, December 28th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday at 1:00 p.m. Donations to the A.R.T.C. or the Stedman Community Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
