MCDONALD, Jean (nee Rowley) - It is with great sorrow the family announces Jean's passing, on Tuesday, March 31st, 2009, in her 84th year. Predeceased by her husband Russell McDonald (1995). Devoted mother of Bill (Lynne) McDonald and Linda MacDonald. Dear grandmother of Jayson (Talia) and the late Chris and great-grandmother of Quinn and Keenan. Loving sister of Earldine Poirier. Jean was a long time employee of Harding Carpets. Special thanks to Dr. Lucie Gregoire, Dr. Locke, Dr. Kagoma, the nurses on 7-B medical, CCU and C-5 of the Brantford General Hospital and Ashley and Katy at Riverview Terrace. At Jean's request cremation has taken place and a private graveside service is planned for a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Hill & Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson Street, (519) 752-2543. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Canadian Cancer Society, Lung Association or Child Find Ontario would be greatly appreciated.
