BINSTEAD, Douglas - Peacefully at Norkfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 with his family by his side. Much loved husband of Joan Pamplin. Special "dad" to Raymond Barrett and his girlfriend Johanne Lefebvre and Janice Oldershaw. Special grandfather to Stephen, Craig and Kevin. Father of Kelly White of Aberfoyle, John (Rose) Crowther of Orangeville and Susie Demchuck of Orangeville. Grandfather of 5 grandchildren and one great grand-daughter. Step brother of Sharon and Melony, both of Edmonton. Doug was an employee of Stelco, Hamilton for 30 years. His greatest past time of over 67 years was working with leather. At Doug's request cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE (519) 752-2543. Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
