I'm sad to learn about Jimmy passing. I had the honor of working with him many many years ago at Cunningham Residence. He always made me smile and laugh, even on days where smiling seemed near impossible. He was always cheerful and NEVER complained, even when the environment was less than acceptable. He was also a helpful man, if he couldnt help it would upset him, because he liked to see that everyone around him was happy and content. I know it's a little late, but I'm sorry for his families loss.
