Obituary of Zeger Van Thuyl

VAN THUYL, Zeger Sr. - Gone to be with his Lord and Savior, Zeger passed away on Friday, July 3rd, 2015 at Hardy Terrace, in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Christina Van Thuyl (nee Vaandering) for over 57 years. Loving father of Jerry (Debbie), John (Rosemary), Zeger Jr. (Sarah) and Robert Van Thuyl. Much loved grandfather and great-grandfather. Dear brother of Betts of Dundas and Nelle and Jorden both of Holland. He will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends. Zeger was a city bus driver with the city of Brantford for more than 20 years. At Zeger's request cremation has already taken place. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Zeger's life on Thursday, July 9th, at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Reformed Church, 506 West Street, Brantford.
