Peacefully, at the Brantford General Hospital, surrounded by family on Wednesday, May 4, 2016. Beloved wife of the late John Rank (2008). Loving mother of Deborah (Dominic), Allan, Patricia (Brian), Cynthia (Detleff), Karen (Murray) and Timothy (Marisa). Devoted Nana to 16 grandchildren and great-nana to 13 great-grandchildren. Joan will be forever remembered by all of her family and friends. Friends will be received at HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 30 Nelson Street, Brantford, Ontario on Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 1 - 2 p.m.. A Celebration of Life will be held in the chapel at 2 p.m.. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Canadian Lung Association or the Parkinson Society would be appreciated.
