MERKIR, Peter - Passed away peacefully on Friday, May 13th, 2016 in his 85th year. Dear brother of Pauline Pisio, James (the late Margo) Merkir, Marion Weigel, Michael (Angela) Merkir, Bill (Mary Ann) Merkir, Nick (Elaine) Merkir, Walter (Marlene) Merkir and the late Katherine (Annie Schmidt) McNaughton. He will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends. At Peter's request cremation has already taken place and a private family service will take place at a later date. Donations in lieu of flowers to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
