BEREZIUK, Dwayne
It is with great sorrow the family of Dwayne Bereziuk announce his passing on Saturday, July 9th, 2016, in his 54th year. Beloved husband of Jennifer Bereziuk (nee MacKinnon). Loving father of Brooks Bereziuk, Karissa Bereziuk, Natasha Sullivan and Dan Sullivan. Dear brother of Donald, Dennis and Lester Bereziuk. Predeceased by his parents Anthony and Nettie Bereziuk. He will also be dearly missed by many other family members and friends. Founder of the Paris Disc Golf Club and an avid participant in many sporting activities. At Dwayne's request cremation has already taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the Arnold Anderson Sports Access for Youth Fund would be greatly appreciated.
