As the Chair of the Board of Governors I would like to extend condolences of the Ontario Provincial Committee (OPC) of the Air Cadet League of Canada to Captain Begley's partner and family. His many years of service and his support, in and out of uniform, to the Canadian Cadet organization and the youth of Canada are are to his everlasting credit. Per ardua ad astra.
