Condolences
We knew Rob through the Grand Valley Trail. I remember doing an End to End hike and passing though the section he maintained. Rob's sections were always well groomed and marked except for that day. There was ambiguity as to where the trial was going. We did not have to worry. Rob knew we were coming and out from the underbrush he appeared to guide us through. Rob was a very helpful man. My deepest condolences to the family of Robert Carlton. I had worked with Rob off and on during the 1970s and '80s when we both worked for Oshawa Foods (Food City). Rob bought me my first beer in 1971 following the birth of my son, I was just 21. We lost contact in the early '90s when our lives took us in different directions. We reconnected a few years ago at Grace Church where we both volunteered at the Food Cupboard. I will always have fond memories of Rob. May in rest in peace in the arms of Jesus forevermore.
Our condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. He was a good man Martha and he was always so nice to both Madison and I when we were at your home. Please know our thoughts and our prayers are with you. Much love and a big hug to you!
