Allison, John Edward - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Monday, June 7, 2021 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Mary. Loving father of Phillip, Wayne (Susan) and grandfather of Joel and Nigel. Predeceased by his parents Jim and Mary, Sister June, Brother Jim and sister-in-law Barb. John retired from Ruff-Clarkson Steel. In his retirement years he loved to golf and watch his grandchildren grow up. A Celebration of John's life will be held at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue. Friends are encouraged to attend the service via a live funeral web-cast on Wednesday at 3 pm at www.beckettglaves.com. Donations to the Central Presbyterian Church-Memorial Fund or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. Donations and condolences are also available online at www.beckettglaves.com A tree will be planted in memory of John in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
