We are saddened to hear of Bob’s passing and send our sincerest condolences to Hilda and all the family. We knew Bob from our visits to PEI and here in Ottawa. Bob had a nice easy presence and it was always a pleasure to spend time with him. We remember him as a gentleman, friendly and gracious. Rest in peace my friend.
Dear Hllda and family, I was taken aback with the loss of my dear work friend, it has always been hard to stay in touch and appreciate the phone call from Bob a few months ago, I guess he was trying to say good bye and yours to let me know of his passing.
Bob was a vary close work friend, and friend to myself and my wife Ellen, and would do any thing for us.
Bob was my mentor at Nortel, took a young know it all, and direct me in the right direction, he played practical jokes on me constantly to relieve the stress we were under to keep delivering new products on time, he would always buy coffee and forget the sugar until I no longer crave sugar in my hot drinks
