Obituary of William Bennett Nock

Nock, William "Bill" Bennett - Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, February 16th, 2023 in his 97th year. Reunited with his wife Irene, daughter Judith and son in law Tim. Loving father of Joan (Glenn) Fraser, Jane Pearce and Tom Nock (Diane). Loving grandfather of Justin (Emily), Jaclynn (Matt), Kendra, Colin, Matthew (Jen), Holly (Beau), Jordan, Tyler (Alyssa), Meghan (Chris) and Jason. Great grandfather of Natalie, Cadence, Hannah, Riley, Jacob, Ava, Xander and Miles. Bill is survived by his sister Eileen. Predeceased by his parents William and Dorothy, and sister Lillian and brother Roy. Bill was a long time serving member of the Moose Lodge for many years and was employed for 50 years at Koehring Waterous. He will be fondly missed by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will take place on Thursday, February 23rd, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Farringdon Burial Grounds. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with Hill and Robinson Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson St. Brantford, 519-752-2543. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Stedman Community Hospice would be appreciated by the family. The family would like extend a special thank you to Dr. Connelly for her care, compassion and support of Bill and family. A Celebration of Life will take place at the Dunsdon Legion, 9 Tollgate Rd., Brantford on Thursday, February 23rd, 2023 from 1:00-4:00 p.m.
