Sager, Norma M
Passed away peacefully after a brief illness at the Brantford General Hospital, on Tuesday, January 24th, 2012 in her 77th year. Beloved wife of Jack. Loving mother of Joyce Nearing (Richard), Joanne Yetman (John), Jeannette MacKinnon (Tony), James Maxner, John Maxner, "Dolly" Evelyn Bayes, Fred Maxner (Sandra), Mae Yarrow, Carla Maxner (Chris), Rick Sager (Crystal), and John Sager (Angie). Devoted grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She is survived by her sisters Dolores "Dolly" Quinn (the late Leo), and Ada MacDonald (Vindy), and her brother-in-law Martin MacKinnon. Predeceased by her parents Graham and Ella Mortimer, her son Ronald Robert, and her sisters Gloria MacKinnon and Iylah Cormier. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends will be received at the Hill & Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson St., on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. and on Friday from 10 - 11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Bob Tees Officiating. Donations to the ALS Society of Canada or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
