Dear Zigman, Shannah and Tara, Our deepest condolences to you and your families. Vicki was very proud of you, and spoke with great love for “her Girls.” Her great regret was that her illness prevented her from spending more time with her beautiful and talented granddaughters. In my last conversation with Vicki in the hospital, she was determined to be home for Christmas with all of you. She had a strong will to live, and planned to take her whole family to Disneyland for the 2014 Christmas. She did not see her wishes realized, but we hope that fond memories of Vicki will sustain you during this difficult time and for all the years ahead.
